4.Mass production: Before we start the production we always send two pre-production samples for customer confirmation and approval. You will be asked to sign approval for the samples if everything is correct and send one back to us. We will use your signed sample for quality control during the manufacturing process, this will ensure that the delivered product is exactly like the approved samples.

5. Quality inspection : During production our thorough inspection process guarantees that each individual bag is inspected – 100% Inspection. We have three stage for inspection which starts from the arrival of the fabric, the cutting line, the stitching and hot seal line, printing and packaging. You can be guaranteed to have only high quality products from our factory.

6. Delivery: Normally the manufacturing process takes 30 days from the time you confirm the order. If you have very urgent requirements, please discuss with us and we will see if there is anything we can help to expedite your order.

7. Payment: For new customers we require an advance deposit of 30% paid by T/T with the balance due when we fax all copies of the shipping documents to you. Irrevocable L/C at sight can be accepted. Other payment terms will be made available after a business relationship of more than one year is established.

8. Quality Complaints: We always keep High Quality standards for all of our products; however, if there is a serious problem with the product we can assure you that we will make reasonable compensation if the problem was caused by our production and working.

Finally , we have some special explanation about the fabric, Please note if you want some special fabric or the fabric with specific pantone color, there may be a minimum quantity for the fabric as this is a special order. For example on special orders colored transparent PVC has a minimum of 500-800 Kilograms; whereas, Nylon or polyester has a minimum of 500 yards.
