In order to have a very effective cooperation between us in the future , we would like to let you know our working procedure and some of our professional advice as a very skilled bag's manufacturer.

1. Enquiry : Please be sure to send us detailed information about the bag design you would like manufactured. Information such as size, material, lining ,outer & inner construction, how many colors for your logo to print or embroider, and placement information for the logo. It is always advisable to send us pictures with views from different sides so that we can give you the exact price.

2. Quotation: All enquiry can be assured to have quotation within 1 day , maxium 2 days. For any of our existing bags we can provide an exact price quote. For custom made bags we may not be able to provide an exact price until after samples have been made . Please don't be disappointed if we need to adjust the price quote for a custom made bag based on further refinements of the sample.

3. Samples : Most samples can be prepared within 7 days, samples which are complex and require additional work may require additional time.
For new customers we may charge you for the cost of the sample; however, the cost of the sample will be refunded if you place an order (unless it required the making of a custom mould). For less expensive samples we are pleased to send them for free, but you will need to pay the shipping costs. For shipping you will need to provide us with your Express account number.
